We want every order to go smoothly. This page explains when a refund applies, when it doesn't, and how to request one. Since all payments are made in cryptocurrency and are not reversible by us, please read this before ordering.

Eligible for a refund

• Your order was never delivered within the stated timeframe
• You received the wrong product or tier from what you paid for
• The service/account delivered was non-functional at the time of delivery and we're unable to fix or replace it

Not eligible for a refund

• Change of mind after an order has been delivered and confirmed working
• Incorrect email, username, or account details provided by you at checkout
• An account or service was lost, banned, or limited due to your own actions after delivery (e.g. violating the platform's own terms of service)
• Partial delivery where you've already made use of the service (e.g. streaming access, followers already received)

About crypto payments

Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed on our end. If a refund is approved, it will be sent back to a wallet address you provide, in the same cryptocurrency you paid with (minus standard network fees). Refunds are not issued to bank cards or other payment methods.

How to request a refund

Message us on Telegram at @falconshopks within 48 hours of your order, including your order number and a description of the issue. Most refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours.

Orders & payment

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency via our payment provider. Prices are shown in your selected display currency but charged in crypto at the prevailing rate. Once a payment is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed by us — see our Refund Policy page for details on when refunds apply.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are optional — you can always check out as a guest instead.

Acceptable use

Our services are intended to help grow and manage your own accounts and pages. You agree not to use FalconShop for fraud, harassment, or any illegal purpose, and not to resell delivered accounts/services in violation of the originating platform's own terms.

Your data

We only use your email, Telegram username, and order details to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. If you opt in at signup, we may also send you occasional promotional emails — you can opt out any time by contacting us on Telegram.
